FAQ: Pricing

Our everyday delivered prices can be up to 25% less than the other competitors' delivered prices! We try to give you the largest selection at the lowest everyday prices. If our prices are not competitive, we want to make it right!

Pricing Guarantee:

If you find an identical item with a lower delivered price, now or within seven days of your purchase, we will gladly match the price.

Conditions:

The item must be in stock and available for purchase from the competitor. Proof can be faxed in or email a copy of a current dated advertisement, register receipt, catalogue page or competitor web page.

Our pricing guarantee will only apply for competitors that deliver in the Costless Express trading area. When comparing competitors’ pricing, please take into consideration added shipping and delivery charges. Price guarantee will be applied to no more than three of the same product shipped to the same address. We reserve the right to further limit quantities.
