Returns
What
is Costless Express’ satisfaction guarantee?
If
you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please
let us know within 30 days of purchase. Return it in its original
condition and we will gladly replace or refund the item for every
penny that you purchased it for.
What
are the exceptions to our Return/Exchange policy?
Perishable
products and products that are not re-sellable will not be able
to be returned. Products purchased more than 30 days of the purchase
will not be eligible for a return or exchange.
What
if there is an item missing on my order?
If
you find any problems with your delivered order, please call us
immediately at (604) 444-4467 so we can set things right.
Can
I send and item back without contacting you?
We
have carefully set up systems to make all your dealings with Costless
Express go as smooth as possible. Please do not send any product
back to us if we have not given you a Return Authorization (RA)
number. Please call us at (604) 444-4467 or toll free at 1-888-444-4549.
After
I return an item, when will I receive my credit?
After
an item has been returned to our credit facility, we guarantee to
process your credit in less than 24 hours during our business hours
of Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm PST.
Your
credit will be added to your account and a copy will be faxed to
you the same day. All items being returned to our credit facility
must first have a Return Authorization (RA) number so a credit can
be issued to your account. Please call our Customer Care Department
at (604) 444-4467.
Return
Authorization Policy
In the event you would like to return an item, please follow these
steps. Please do not return to Costco locations.
1. The Costless Express invoice must be faxed to 604-444-4302 first
to receive a return authorization number (RA#). Please specify the
item to be returned & the reason for the return.
2. The invoice will be faxed back to you the same day with the RA#
written on the invoice, if the items are deemed returnable.
3. The invoice must be attached to the item with the RA# written
on the invoice, or no credit will be issued.
4. The item must be returned unopened; in its original packaging
& in resaleable condition. Please do not write on the original
packaging.
5. The items must be returned within 30 days of sale to receive
a full credit.
6. If the item is returned after 30 days and up to 40 days, a 20%
restocking charge will be applied.
7. If an item is returned after 40 days, a credit will not be issued.
8. Items can be given to your driver or courier when they drop off
your next order, or dropped off at Costless Express.
9. Our driver or a courier will not be sent specifically to pick
up items for return. |
